Services can be paid by Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover.

No Personal Checks.

No American Express.

Gratuity is cash only.

​

New promotions cannot be used on previously booked appointments and must be mentioned when booking.

Cancellation Policy

All appointments require a credit card on file.

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, respectfully we ask that you provide AT LEAST 24 hour notice.

Last minute cancellations and no shows result in time that we often cannot fill, moving forward we are charging 100% of the service for last minute cancellations or no shows.

Guests will have to accept the terms and agreements to our cancellation policy to book online.

How To Book Online:

1. Create Account

2. Select Yourself or Family Member

3. Select The Service Category You Would Like To Book

4. Select Service, Add Additional Time (If your hair is long, thick, hasn’t been colored in over 8 weeks, or if you believe the stylist would benefit by having extra time with you. For spa guests, Additional Time would benefit for adding a “Party Nail” or anything that would require more time)

5. Click “Next” & Specify Preferred Team Member

6. Click “Next” & Choose “Date” & “Time”

7. Select A Time That Works Best, Scan Days Ahead or Add Yourself To The Waitlist

8. Appointment Notes Are Not Viewed Until Day Of. If We Need To Know Anything Prior To Your Appointment Please Call or Email

9. Read Cancellation Policy & Agree

10. Book Appointment

11. Click “Add To Calendar”

12. If you do not have a credit card on file, please call the salon, we do not take credit cards in our online portal at this time.
